1. Services & Medical Disclaimer

Scalp Micro Tampa Bay offers cosmetic scalp micropigmentation (SMP) to create the appearance of a natural-looking hairline or density. SMP is non-surgical, non-invasive, and involves topical pigment implantation. Results vary per individual. We do not claim to cure hair loss, stop balding, or provide medical treatment. You are encouraged to consult with a physician if you have any underlying scalp condition, bleeding disorder, or are taking medications that may affect healing.

2. Eligibility & Client Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive services. You agree to provide truthful and complete medical and health information during the consultation. You are responsible for following pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions. Failure to follow aftercare may affect results and void any touch-up guarantees.

3. Bookings & Deposits

Appointments are confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit (if required). The deposit amount will be disclosed at the time of booking and is applied toward your final session fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will be charged the full session fee for the missed appointment. In case of emergency or illness, please contact us immediately – we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

5. Payment & Fees

All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods displayed at our studio. Prices are subject to change, but quoted prices for booked sessions will be honored. A refund will not be issued once a session has been completed, except where required by law.

6. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

Scalp micropigmentation is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure and results depend on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Because the service is artistic and personal, we do not offer refunds once the pigment has been applied. However, we are committed to your satisfaction: if you are not entirely happy with the outcome after the final session, we will evaluate and offer reasonable adjustments, including touch-ups, at our discretion. Touch-up sessions are complementary only if performed within the agreed timeframe (typically 30–60 days post-treatment).

7. Health & Safety

You agree to inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, bloodborne illnesses (e.g., hepatitis, HIV), or use of blood-thinning medications. We maintain strict sterilization and hygiene protocols. If we determine that SMP is unsafe for you, we reserve the right to refuse service and refund any unused deposit.

8. Photography & Marketing

We may take before, during, and after photographs to document your results for quality assurance, training, and marketing purposes (including our website, social media, and print materials). Your identity will not be disclosed without your explicit written consent. You may opt out of any photography use by notifying us in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Scalp Micro Tampa Bay and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Scalp Micro Tampa Bay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infection (if aftercare is neglected), dissatisfaction with cosmetic appearance, or loss of hair due to underlying medical conditions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scalp Micro Tampa Bay, its owners, technicians, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your failure to disclose accurate health information, non-compliance with aftercare, or any violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Pasco County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates when the latest version was posted. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
